Shanghai Shanmei Environmental Protection Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Shanghai Shanmei Co., Ltd.") successfully won the bid for the EPC general contracting project of Zhixin Environmental Protection Technology (Changjiang) Co., Ltd.'s annual processing of 5 million tons of tailings comprehensive recycling production line. The project is the second phase of the project, which is the second deepening of the cooperation between the two sides after the first phase of the ecological demonstration project of comprehensive utilization of iron tailings with an annual output of 3 million tons in Hainan. Winning the bid again also marks a major breakthrough in the field of tailings treatment and resource utilization, further consolidating Shanmei's leading position and core competitiveness in the solid waste recycling industry.
The project is located in Changjiang County, Hainan Province, a national circular economy industrial park, which belongs to the tropical monsoon climate zone and is rich in mineral resources, especially known for its Shilu iron ore tailings, known as "Asia's first iron-rich tailings". The project plans to build a tailings comprehensive utilization production line with a processing capacity of not less than 1,500 tons per hour, covering the whole process of equipment supply, installation, commissioning and post-operation services from raw material entry to finished product delivery. As the general contractor of equipment, Shanghai Shanmei Co., Ltd. will be responsible for the whole chain of service such as process design, core equipment manufacturing, electrical control system integration, steel structure and non-standard parts supply, installation and commissioning and technical training, and truly realize the "turnkey" project.
Considering the characteristics of high water and mud content, wide particle size distribution and unstable incoming material of raw materials (280# iron tailings), Shanghai Shanmei Co., Ltd. adopts wet treatment technology, combined with key technologies such as multi-stage crushing, grading screening, jigging and sorting, shaping sand making, ball milling magnetic separation and sewage circulation treatment, to achieve the comprehensive utilization of iron tailings resources. The whole production line has a compact layout and a high degree of automation, covering jaw breaking, cone breaking, vertical shaft impact breaking, roll sand making machine, vibrating screen, jigging machine, ball mill, magnetic separator, concentrator, filter press and other core equipment, and is equipped with automatic control of the production line Intelligent control system, which meets the production requirements of industrialization, greening, modularization and intelligence, and truly realizes the transformation of traditional solid waste into high value-added building materials and metallurgical raw materials, greatly improves resource utilization, and effectively reduces the environmental pressure and land occupation problems caused by tailings accumulation.
