Recently, Shanbula Coal Mine successfully completed the intelligent upgrading and transformation project of the screening workshop. The main content of this transformation is the split lifting, assembly and commissioning of intelligent gangue selection equipment and tooth roller graded crushers.
The tooth roller grading crusher uses the special structure of double tooth rollers to grade the raw coal in the crushing process, effectively reducing the phenomenon of over-crushing, improving the crusher's processing capacity and ensuring the uniform particle size of the crushed raw coal.
The intelligent gangue sorting equipment intelligently identifies and intelligently sprays the screened large gangue, and the sorting accuracy can reach more than 95%; Moreover, the intelligent gangue selection equipment is remotely operated by centralized control personnel, which directly reduces the manual selection of gangue operators by 6 people, and the efficiency and accuracy of gangue selection are greatly improved.
The successful completion of this upgrade has achieved the effect of reducing personnel and increasing safety, laying an important foundation for the safe, stable and efficient operation of the main transportation system of Shanbula Coal Mine.
