Guangdong Fenghuangling Sand and Gravel Project will be fully put into operation by the end of this year


It is understood that the construction gneiss mine project in Fenghuangling Mining Area, Xitou Town, Yangxi County, Guangdong Province has basically completed the infrastructure project. Prepare to apply to the Guangdong Provincial Emergency Management Department for the issuance of a safety production license. In order to further promote the implementation of key non-coal mine construction projects in Guangdong Province, the Guangdong Provincial Emergency Management Department organized experts to help and guide the mining enterprise to improve safety production conditions, investigate potential safety hazards on site, and help the enterprise to complete and put into operation as soon as possible.
It is reported that in July 2022, China Power Construction New Materials (Guangdong) Co., Ltd. successfully obtained the mining rights for the first development period of the mining area for 1.61 billion yuan. The project will have resource reserves of about 247 million tons, an annual output of 30 million tons, and a mining life of 9 years.
It is understood that the construction of the project includes three parts: mine, aggregate processing system and long rubber corridor, the aggregate processing system is designed to handle 6,000 tons/hour, the long rubber corridor is set up with a total length of 3.5 kilometers, and the transportation capacity is 8,000 tons/hour. After the project is put into operation, the products can radiate to the local and surrounding areas of Yangjiang City by land, and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, Hainan and international markets by sea.
