Recently, Jiangxi Hydropower Power Construction Wan'an Company held the trial production of the granite mine project for Xinqiao finishing in Wan'an County, Jiangxi Province and the release ceremony of the party building brand "Ganshi Xin'an". It is understood that the project is invested and constructed by China Power Construction Wan'an Green Building Materials Co., Ltd., which can produce 490,000 cubic meters of granite waste and 6 million tons of aggregate per year after reaching production.
According to the mining rights appraisal report, the total amount of ore and waste materials of the project is 64.48 million square meters. In September 2024, China Power Construction Wan'an Green Building Materials Co., Ltd. signed a project EPC general contracting agreement with China Power Construction Group Jiangxi Hydropower Engineering Bureau Co., Ltd., China Power Construction Group Guiyang Survey and Design Research Institute Co., Ltd., and Jiangxi Nuclear Industry Construction Co., Ltd. consortium.
At the release ceremony, Liu Jun, deputy general manager of Jiangxi Hydropower, delivered a speech on behalf of Jiangxi Hydropower, introducing the project situation, tackling tough problems, feeding trial production goals, and also introducing the importance of the release of the "Ganshi Xinan" party building brand. He stressed that first, it is necessary to fully implement the safety production responsibility system, implement the relevant requirements of the operation and management outline and emergency plan, strengthen the supervision of the whole process, and ensure "zero accidents and zero pollution" in safe production; second, it is necessary to establish a quality traceability system for the whole chain of "raw materials-production-finished products" to ensure a 100% product qualification rate and polish the golden signboard of "power construction sand and gravel"; Third, the general contractor and the operation team should seamlessly connect, and implement "24-hour closed-loop management" for equipment commissioning, process optimization and other issues to ensure the achievement of production capacity targets.
It is understood that Nanchang Mining Machinery Group Co., Ltd. provides crushing and screening equipment for the project, covering several CC single-cylinder hydraulic cone crushers, MC multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crushers, YKR circular vibrating screens, HFS hydraulic high-frequency screens, and NFS galloping screens. Anshun Chengcheng Technology Co., Ltd. provides dust removal system related equipment for the project, using sintered plate, cloth bag, water film three dust removal technologies to coordinate, among them, the self-developed water film dust removal technology uses a unique principle to efficiently remove dust and reduce dust pollution to the environment from the source.
