Zhejiang Mining Heavy Industry has achieved a leapfrog breakthrough in large-scale hydraulic gyratory crushers


1. Break down barriers and be determined to innovate
With the development of global mining to scale and intensification, large mines of 10 million tons have put forward higher requirements for the processing capacity, reliability and energy efficiency of coarse crushing equipment. With the advantages of continuous crushing, high throughput, and low energy consumption, gyratory crushers have become the core equipment of coarse crushing links in large mines. However, for many years, domestic high-quality large-scale cyclones have long relied on imports, and the technical barriers are extremely high. In order to break through the "bottleneck" dilemma, Zhejiang Mining Heavy Industry aims at localization substitution and launches an independent research and development project of large-scale hydraulic gyratory crushers.

(1) Structural design:
1. The bottom single-cylinder hydraulic system is used to realize the dynamic adjustment and overload protection of the discharge port, which solves the problems of low efficiency of traditional mechanical adjustment and difficulty in realizing the automatic control of large equipment.
2. In order to solve the global industry pain points of high wear of upper boom bearings and copper sleeves, Zhejiang Mining Heavy Industry and suppliers have conducted in-depth research and joint research and development on the materials and parts of copper sleeves, with precision machining, the spindle rotates < 0-3 rpm under no-load operation conditions, which greatly reduces the wear of upper jib bearings and copper sleeves, reaching the international leading level.
(2) Intelligent control system:
Integrated hydraulic lubrication all-in-one machine and automatic monitoring module to realize the intelligent automatic adjustment of the discharge port of a single machine, realize the collection of real-time operation data, and realize the real-time judgment of the operating status of the equipment (the automation system reduces the cost of manual maintenance).
