In order to solve the global industry pain points of high wear of upper boom bearings and copper sleeves, Zhejiang Mining Heavy Industry and suppliers have conducted in-depth research and joint research and development on the materials and parts of copper sleeves, with precision machining, the spindle rotates < 0-3 rpm under no-load operation conditions, which greatly reduces the wear of upper jib bearings and copper sleeves, reaching the international leading level.
(2) Intelligent control system:
Integrated hydraulic lubrication all-in-one machine and automatic monitoring module to realize the intelligent automatic adjustment of the discharge port of a single machine, realize the collection of real-time operation data, and realize the real-time judgment of the operating status of the equipment (the automation system reduces the cost of manual maintenance).
